Son caract\u00e8re insulaire et ses traditions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Jadis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la p\u00eache \u00e0 l&rsquo;anguille, Urk poss\u00e8de le plus grand march\u00e9 aux poissons des Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons embarqu\u00e9 dans la navette d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 (90 mn de voyage) pour visiter cette ville. Le vent tr\u00e8s fort encore ce matin ne nous permet pas de naviguer sereinement avec notre bateau.
